Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium shrimp
- 1 pint mayo
- fresh lemon
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- Dill Weed, about 1/3 of the jar
- 1 yellow onion

Step 1
Set all shrimp(tails off) aside. Slice onion thin. Mix all ingredients together creating a sauce. Mix in shrimp making sure it all coated and then mix with the onions. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with crackers or cocktail rye.
