- 2 cups diced tomato
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon Jamaicañ jerk seasoning
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Pork tenderloin
Make BBQ sauce (may be done ahead of time):
Combine tomato, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Jamaicañ jerk seasoning, minced garlic clove in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 minutes or untril thickened.
Place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker, poor BBQ sauce over it, cover and cook for 8 hrs.
