- 1 pound freshly ground turkey
- 1/2 yellow onion, minced
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and garlic. Form into balls about 2 inches in diameter.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. When oil sizzles, add meatballs. Cook 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
While meatballs brown heat sauce in saucepan. Then add meatballs and simmer.
