Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread evenly over chicken,.
Bake 375 for 30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink
Note: I lightened this recipe by using mayo with olive oil and low fat sour cream and served it with whole wheat angel hair pasta. It was delicious!
