Ingredients

  • 1 lg. pkg. apricot Jello (or your favorite jello)
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained, save)
  • 2 cups minature marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soften)
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tab flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 large package of apricot Jello according to package directions. Add bananas and 1 can crushed pineapple (drained). Stir in marshmallows. Let set.
In saucepan, boil sugar, butter, flour, pineapple juice and eggs and stir constantly for 7 minutes. Refrigerate this mixture until cool, then mix cream cheese and Cool Whip. Put over Jello. Refrigerate
