Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- Filling:
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel (optional)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Sift together the crust ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press into sprayed 13x9 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
Filling:
Stir egg mixture together and pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares when cooled.
