Ingredients

  • 1

    8 oz pkg cream cheese

  • 3/4

    C butter - softened

  • 4 1/2

    C powdered sugar

  • 1 1/4

    t coconut extract

  • 2

    C flaked coconut - toasted if desired

Directions

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, add powdered sugar and extract and continue to beat until smooth. After frosting cake or bars, sprinkle with the coconut and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
