- 1 lb potatoes, sliced
- 2 cups cheese, Monterrey jack
- Buffalo wing sauce
- 8 oz bacon, fried and chopped

Step 1
In a casserole dish or 8 x 8 pan, layer:

bacon
cheese

Bake for 25 minutes on 350 degrees. Serve with salad, ranch dressing and french bread.
