Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1 pint sr. cream
- 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Step 1
Cook potatoes, cool and grate. In double boiler put butter, sr. cream and soup and heat. Add to potatoes with onions and cheese in a 9x13 pan. Cook at 350 degrees til bubbly about 30 to 45 minutes.
