Berry Ice Cream with Jam

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup seedless berry jam
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- You can also substitute 1 cup of half and half for the cream and milk

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together, pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions for your model. (Usually for about 25 minutes)
Transfer to freezer containers.
Let harden in freezer until easily scooped. (about 2-3 hrs)
