Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup water, boiling
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 - 8 oz carton sour cream
- I tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. In a medium size bowl combine
flour, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, set aside. Meanwhile in
a large skillet, melt butter. Add meat, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Cook
and stir till meat is done and onion is tender. Add water with dissolved
bouillon cube. Simmer until meat is tender, adding water if necessary. Add
sour cream mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Cook and
stir 1 minute more. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
