Cucumber & Dill Sandwiches
A cool, crisp sandwich perfect for summer heat.
- fresh dill
- whipped Philadelphia Cream Cheese with chives
- whole grain or multigrain sandwich rounds (or bread)
- dash of salt
Peel and slice chilled cucumbers. Spread a very light layer of the cream cheese with chives on each side of the sandwich rounds, top with 3-4 slices of cucumber and dill sprigs (minus the stems). Top with just a dash of salt to bring out the flavor.
