Honey and Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 1/2 lemon, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In microwave-safe bowl combine glaze ingredients, microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
Brush baking sheet with olive oil and set fillets on top. Brush fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour glaze over salmon fillets and bake for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Garnish with lemon slices.
