Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Half & Half
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Br. Sugar
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chopped, peeled horseradish root.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a blender until fine. Transfer to saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through. Do not boil. Store in frig for 1-2 months
