Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter ( 1 cup)
- chopped onion
- haddock
- lobster
- pollock
- 1 can baby clams
- scallops salt and pepper to taste
- cream of celery soup
- sliced mushrooms
- milk, coffee cream or blend to your desired thickness ( or just one of the three )
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp cheese whiz

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt the butter in the bottom of a pot
2. Saute the onions and mushrooms.
3. add the raw fish and cook until opaque.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on very low being careful not to scorch the milk.
