Chunky Applesauce
Comments: I also found this recipe in a magazine and it has become one of our favorites. Since bringing a slow cooker with us to Paraguay was a definite, we have been able to fix this applesauce because we have all the ingredients here. It is easy and it is the best applesauce I have ever had!

Ingredients
- Plan ahead….uses slow cooker
- 8 to 10 large tart apples, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 to 1 ½ to 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon in a slow cooker; stir gently. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until apples are tender.
