Ingredients

  • 4 Green apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 3 tbsp. Caramel topping
  • 1 tbsp. Chef’s Review cornstarch
  • 1/4 ¼ cup Chef’s Review brown sugar
  • 1/4 ¼ cup First Street butter
  • 1/4 ¼ cup Chef’s Review all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. TradeWinds ground cinnamon
  • 1 Ready made frozen pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Stir apples with caramel and cornstarch until well coated. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, using a fork or food processor, combine brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon.

3. Pour apples into pie crust. Sprinkle sugar mixture on top of pie.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 400º F. Reduce heat to 375º F and bake for 15 more minutes.
