Cream of Spinach Soup

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 200-gr. Jersey Farms Devon Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (optional)


Servings 4


Step 1

1. Simmer chicken broth and frozen spinach in a saucepan until spinach is completely thawed.

2. Puree mixture in blender.

3. Return to saucepan and stir in Devon Cream.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Add bacon if desired.

6. Simmer about 5 minutes until piping hot.
