Beef Chowder


This is very easy. If you want it for a larger crowd feel free to double it.

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 2 16 oz. cans tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 14 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley


Servings 6


Step 1

Cook beef, celery, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Add 1/2 tsp. salt. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Note: you can freeze this. Reheat it until bubbly.
