This is very easy. If you want it for a larger crowd feel free to double it.
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 2 16 oz. cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 14 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
Cook beef, celery, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Add 1/2 tsp. salt. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Note: you can freeze this. Reheat it until bubbly.
