Marinated Asian Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce (or lite soy)
- 1 cup gin
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder or salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 5 pounds chicken wings

Preparation
Step 1
1.
Place chicken wings in a 9 x 13 pan.
2.
Add all ingredients together and blend until brown sugar melts.
3.
Pour marinade over wings and let marinate if possible overnight in refrigerator turning at least once; Or at least two hours before baking.
4.
400 degrees for one hour
