Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 4 beaten eggs
• 1 1/4 cups oil
• 2 10-oz. pkgs frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Form shallow well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir well. Spoon mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pans before removing.
