  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 (16-ounce) carton cottage cheese
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and flour together until well mixed. Add the remaining ingredients and pour into an 8 by 8 inch ungreased casserole pan. Bake 1 hour.
