• 6 C. large sliced sweet onions about 1/4 " thick
• 3/4 c. italian dressing
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1) separate onions into rings

2) heat 1/2 C. of well shaken dressing in large skillet. add onions and oregano

3) saute over low heat until onions are transparent; stirring often. add remaining dressing; stir

4) sprinkle cheese over top. cover skillet for 1 minute and let stand with heat off
