Grilled Pork Tenderloin Medallions

  • 1 tbl dried basil
  • 1 tbl garlic salt
  • 1 tbl dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 1/2 dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 12 pork tenderloin medallions (1 lb) pounded thin
  • cooking spray or 1 tbl olive oil and 1 tbl butter


Servings 4
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

olive oil and butter in pan
rub pork with rub on both sides
place in pan for 4 - 5 minutes per side

place in 300F oven to keep warm until all cooked

serve over garlic smashed potatoes
