Ingredients
- 4 cups prepared strawberries (about 1 ¾ quarts fully ripe berries)
- 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 1 pkg (1 ¾ oz) sure Jell light pectin
- 1 cup light corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Crush fruit carefully, one layer at time. Place in a large bowl.
Measure ¼ cup sugar and combine it with the Sure Jell. Mix into the fruit, stirring vigorously. Set aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add corn syrup and mix well. Gradually stir in the remaining sugar until it has completely dissolved
Ladle the jam quickly into scaled containers. Cover at once with tight lids. Keep at room temperature overnight. Store in freezer
