Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour in 3 qt. casserole. Pour 1 stick butter, melted over potatoes. Coat corn flakes with remaining stick butter, melted, and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until bubbly.
