Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- 3 c. powdered sugar

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Add mashed bananas, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Bake in 10 x 15" greased jelly roll pan at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Frost.
For Frosting: Beat softened butter and cream cheese together. Beat in vanilla. Add powdered sugar and beat well.
