Ingredients
- 8 ears corn
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 sliced red chilies
- 2 oz shaved Parmesan cheese
- Season with salt, pepper and fresh oregano leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the kernels from the ears of corn. Mix with all of the ingredients (except the last one). Set aside at room temperature for up to 8 hrs. Toss before serving with oregano leaves.
