Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tub {250 g} spreadable cream cheese
- 6 apples
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 spoonsfuls of flour
- spoonful of cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Place flour butter and cream cheese in food processor. Pulse until mixture almost forms a ball.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour or until well chilled.
Roll half the pastry on lightly floured surface. Place in 9 in. pie plate.
Mix 6 peeled and sliced apples, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 spoonsfuls flour and a spoonful cinnamon. Place in crust.
Roll remaining pastry out and place on top of pie. Slit top then trim and pinch edges to seal. Bake at 400 F for 30 min.
