Ingredients
- 10-12 Potatoes, sliced
- Water
- 1/4 cup dried Celery Flakes
- 2 large Onions, sliced
- Bacon or Ham (optional)
- 1/2 cup uncooked White Rice
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 cup Margarine

Step 1
Fill large saucepan 2/3 full of sliced Potatoes (medium to thick sliced). Cover potatoes with salted water. Add Onions, Celery Flakes, Margarine Meat and Rice. Cook until potatoes are done.
Turn heat to low and break potatoes into chunks. Stir in Evaporated Milk. Let warm, but do not bring to a boil. Add pepper to taste.
Stir in Margarine and serve warm.
