Tortellini Chicken Salad

- 1 16 oz frozen vegetables (broccoli, water chestnuts, red peppers)
- 1 9oz. pkg. uncooked cheese tortellini
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 8 oz. bottle Italian dressing
- 2 tablsp. parmesan cheese
Cook vegetables until crisp, drain. Cook tortellini, rinse in cold water.
Combine vegetables, tortellini, chicken and dressing. Cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
