Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 2 (21 oz) cans apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into 1/2 Tbsp slices
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
3.Pour both cans of apple pie filling into the bottom of the dish.
4.Spread the dry cake mix on top of the apple pie filling.
5.Evenly place the butter on top pf the cake mix.
6.In a bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle that on top of the whole cake.
7.Bake for approx 50 minutes, golden and bubbly.
8.Cool on wire rack.
9.Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
