Ingredients

  • Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees

  • 3

    cups flour

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 1

    cup oil

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1/2

    cup orange juice

  • 2 1/2

    tsp. vanilla

  • 3

    tsp. baking powder

  • 7

    apples

Directions

In a separate bowl, cut apples in slices or quarters (whichever your prefer), sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside In a large mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and beat until smooth. Make sure there is no lumps in batter. Grease tube pan and coat with flour. Pour 1/2 batter in pan, then apples rest of batter. Top with apples. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and bake for 1 1/2 hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
