Sour Cream Pineapple Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- AFTER BAKING:
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- ADD: 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 TB pineapple juice
- ½ cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix well and put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 55 – 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 TB pineapple juice on top. Sprinkle with ½ cup chopped nuts.
