Ingredients
- 6 Weight Watcher Points Plus
- 3/4 lb. bonelless, skinless chicken breast, but into 1 in. cubes
- 3 sm. sweet potaotes, or 2 med., peeled, cut into 1 in. cubes
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 29 oz canned diced tomatoes, salsa-style with chiles, undrained
- 14 1/2 oz can fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 c. frozen corn kernels, not thawed

Step 1
1. Mix chicken, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, broth, oregano and cumin in a 4 qt or larger slow cooker, cover and cook on low heat setting for at least 6 hrs.
2. Stir in corn, cover and cook on high heat setting until chicken is no longer pink in the center and vegetables are tender, about 30 mins.
About 1 1/4 c. per serving.
