Ham and Potato Pie
- ¾ c finely chopped onion
- ½ c finely chopped green pepper
- ½ c defatted chicken broth
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ c chopped ham
- 1 17 oz creamed corn
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
Heat oven to 425. Spray pan with Pam and sauté onion until soft. Add green pepper, broth, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
In bowl stir ham, corn, and onion mixture. Spoon into ungreased baking dish, cover with mashed potatoes. Rough surface with fork.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or till top is flecked with brown. If needed put under broiler to brown.
