Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Baby Potatoes- Washed
- 2 Tbs. Butter or Margarine
- 2 Tbs. Vegetable oil
- 1 Teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp rosemary.

Step 1
Heat butter and oil in sauce pan with orange peel, garlic, salt pepper and rosemary. Add potatoes and toss. Bake one hour.
