Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 2 tbsp. flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 lbs. raw shrimp

  • 2 pimentos and 1 can liquid

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 1 small onion

  • 1/4 tsp. salt \

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

  • onion tops

  • tabasco sauce

  • 1/4 cup hot water

Directions

make white sauce by melting butter, add flour and cook until it bubbles, add onions and simmer a monute. add hot milk and cook until sdauce thickens add raw peeled shrimp, pimentos and liquid from 1 whole can,worchestershire sauce and bouillon cubes,dissolved in how water, dry mustard, chopped onion tops. cook until shrimp cooked add tabasco sauce to taste before removing from fire add beaten egg and cream. mushroom optional
