Mom had two recipes for these Sausage/Cheese Balls

Ingredients

• 4 C Bisquick
• 1 pound Hot Sausage
• 10 oz sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. Grease one cookie sheet

Mix all ingredients together with hands until well blended. Shape into sizes of a marble. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 18 minutes. Serve warm. Maybe frozen before or after baking. To warm, put in a slow oven and heat until warmed.
