  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Pint sour cream
  • 1 Package Lipton Country Vegetable Soup
  • 1/4 Cup dehydrated onions (or 1/2 Cup of finely chopped fresh onions)
  • 1 Package Frozen Spinach

Step 1

Thaw Spinach and strain to remove moisture. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator until soup softens or approximately one hour. Makes 2-1/2 pints.
