Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1/3 cup margarine
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2/3 cup sugar
• salt
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup margarine
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour 9x9 inch baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over potatoe mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
