Ingredients

  • 1/2 head medium cabbage

  • 4 green onions - all green and white of onion

  • 1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles

  • 2-3 oz. slivered almonds

  • dressing

  • 1/2 c oil

  • 4 tsp. cider vinegar

  • 3 tsp. sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

  • 1 package of seasoning from noodles

Directions

Coursely chop cabbage and green onions. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate over night. Bake almond until crisp. Place cabbage in large bowl, add almonds and noodles just before serving. Toss on dressing, moderately, and adjust to taste. Serve immediately. Doubles easily
