- 2 C strawberries, quartered
- 1 C blueberries
- 3 T "measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener
- 1 1/2 tsps grated fresh orange rind
- 3 T fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 (6 oz) cartons vanilla fat-free yogurt

Step 1
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well.
2. Spoon 1/2 carton yogurt into each of 4 (8-oz) parfait glasses. Top each with 2 T granola and about 1/3 C fruit mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
