Savory Pear Tart

Ingredients

• Puff Pastry
• Chives, chopped
• Sour cream
• Blue, goat or feta cheese, or combo thereof
• Red onion
• Pear balsamic
• Pears, sliced thinly
• Olive oil
• Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bake pastry beforehand?

Caramelize onions with pear balsamic & olive oil, season as necessary

Combine sour cream, chives and cheese(es) in saucepan, cook over med heat until melted & well combined

Cook pears in skillet with olive oil & butter until softened.

Spread cheese atop pastry, top with onions and pears, drizzle with olive oil. Bake
