- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp whiskey. chardonau or bourbon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- pepper to taste
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Combine all liquid and dry ingredients; reserve lemon juice. Coat salmon with marinade and sit for 20 minutes. Hot smoke salmon for 8-10 minutes
