Peach Cobbler

  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large can of diced peaches in syrup
  • 1 stick of butter

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 50mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt stick of butter in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
While butter is melting mix together the Bisquick, sugar, egg, vanilla, milk, and salt.
Pour batter over melted butter. Pour can of peaches over top of batter. You do not need to mix the two it will still bake and get a nice pretty brown color. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top of dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until batter is golden brown.
