Ingredients
- 2 fresh or frozen halibut fillets, about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs or crushed crackers
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper or other seasoning

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse frozen fish under cold water to remove any ice glaze; pat dry with paper towels. Place fish in a foil-lined baking pan. Spread tops with mayonnaise. Combine crumbs and garlic pepper; sprinkle over fish. Bake until crumbs are lightly toasted and halibut is white and flaky, about 20 minutes. Serve with rice, if desired.
