Italian Potato Soup

  • 3 large Italian sausage links
  • 3 slices chopped bacon
  • 2 med chopped onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 10 c water
  • 10 cubes of chicken bullion
  • 3 c chopped cauliflower
  • 2 c torn up kale
  • 3/4 c heavy cream


Servings 3
Preparation time 40mins
Cooking time 65mins


Step 1

Cook sausages links in oven 450 for 30 min
Cool and cut into bite size pieces
Sautee bacon
Add onion and sautee until soft
Add garlic and cook 1 minute
Add water, bullion, cauliflower and simmer 20 minutes
Add sausage, kale, cream and simmer 5 minutes
