Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury Pie Crust for 2
  • 1 jar Hormel real bacon pieces
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pie crust into circles. Place in mini muffin pan. Mix together remaining ingredients except bacon, until well blended. Add bacon. Spoon level Tbsp of mixture into each muffin. Bake at 375 for approximately 15 minutes.
