Coconut Cream Pie (Mad's)

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups milk
• 3 egg yolks ( beat together and add to the hot mixture)
• Cook until thickened stirring constantly.Remove from the heat.
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup of coconut ( medium to fine )
• Cover with meringue.
